Excellent hotel and very cordial staff.

酒店房间乾净整洁高级。 前台Ryan非常好， 彬彬有礼，服务周到。 Ritz-Carlton 是一家老牌经典的酒店，有Spa, 但Spa设施有点旧。 房间空调有点吵，还好天气不热，我关了空调睡的。 总之是一次很好的体验享受, 喜欢Ritz-Carlton。购物也很方便，与Tysons Galleria相联接。 值得推荐。

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay—from the welcoming entrance through the garage to the refreshing peach tea at check-in. The rooms were immaculate and incredibly comfortable, with soft linens and thoughtful details. The bathroom had the best water pressure and temperature control we've ever experienced.
Since we were celebrating our anniversary, we were treated to a bottle of delicious champagne paired with their prestigious Opera Cake—an unforgettable touch. Requesting a late checkout was easy, and we appreciated being able to enjoy the hot tub, heated pool, and steam room before we left.
A special shoutout to Ted, who was exceptionally helpful, though every staff member we encountered was excellent. We’ll absolutely recommend this place and look forward to returning for our next anniversary.

Ritz- Carlton Tysons Corner/ Supar
Ritz Carlton's are known to be a high-end hotel offering all sorts of amenities and service. This is what you pay for. However, this particular Ritz is subpar. The check in process for us was a little chaotic because we booked through a 3rd party and they had the names mixed up. The complimentary beverages were constantly empty and were when we checked in. We were not told that there was a complimentary nightly wine/champagne for guests either. We found this out on our last night. We were initially put in a handicap room and had to be switched. We were switched to a room next to a stairwell, ice machine, and a supply room. So, you can imagine the noise and traffic. Specifically in the evening. We didn't get turn down service the 1st night and we inquired about it because our friends got it but we didn't. We didn't see a coffee machine in our room because our friend's machine was on their countertop, so we purchased coffee and tea the 1st morning. Found out it is hidden in the cabinet and when we tried to use it, it didn't work. The front desk told us they would bring a small fridge to our room, but that never happened. Ritz offers guest robes/slippers, but our room was missing slippers. The room phones did not work (neither of them). So, when we ordered room service or had to get something we had to call from our cell phone and then be transferred. The list goes on and on. It's all the little things you pay for and expect from a Ritz. The staff was exceptional not the stay.

Despite this being a non-smoking property, it was evident someone had just been smoking in our room. The smell of smoke was extremely strong, with ash even on the counter in the bathroom. The hotel offered for us to move rooms, however were very busy with an event going on, so waiting for the process would mean we would have missed our plans that brought us to Tyson for the one night.
The hotel offered a $50 credit towards food and beverage for the inconvenience.
We've stayed at many Ritz properties before and this room was by far the dingiest. Old cracked caulk in the bathroom and overpowering smoke smell was more akin to an airport hotel than a supposed 5 star property.
Extremely disappointing.

房间还不错，但切记不要预订含早餐，家庭房4人预付每天1000早餐费，到店説total一间房只能点60美金的早餐，多余自付。携程的服务很给力，解决了问题，但这家酒店早餐的服务也不太行，食物倒还不错。
